Instructions to Set up a new RHYME database.
If these steps fail then contact support.

1. Find the dbname that the new manager chose when they
   paid the 1st $80-RHYME amount on our Shopify webstore.

2. goto the Manasseh-cityname.com:2083 cPanel login (or 
   the working back office software for the Manasseh-city).

3. Goto the Databases section, and create a MariaDB database with the
   name cityname.dbname. Add a new user for the new db.

4. Right click on build_db.sql, save link as,
   and save to your pc. Open this file, select all and copy the entire
   contents.

5. In phpmyadmin, paste these contents into the SQL tab for the new db.
   Click Go. If no errors, continue.
